Cabin Rental Description
A RUSTIC RETREAT in the wonderful Preserve Resort is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin, with beautiful views and 4 different private decks! When you head inside, enjoy the entertainment of your pool table, multiple large screen tv's and a relaxing hot tub!
Cabin Layout:
Main level: the main level has the fully-equipped "galley-style" kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, and dining area. You'll find everything you need to prepare, serve and enjoy most any meal. From there, enter the spacious living room area with its leather furniture, big-screen television with cable service and DVD player, a queen-size sleeper-sofa and the cozy electric fireplace. The enclosed master bedroom in on this main level with its plush kingsize bed, TV, electric fireplace, and a full bathroom. The handy washer/dryer set are in a closet just off of the living room.
Upstairs in the loft is the entertainment area with a pool table and large HD Television. The bedroom is on this level with a king-sized bed, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub and vanity. A door opens to the front covered porch with stunning Smoky Mountain Views. There is a log ladder on this level that leads up to a fun private "Crow's Nest" that your children will just love, complete with two futon mattresses for extra sleeping space! This level also has a rear deck which houses the big, bubbling hot tub and rockers for your enjoyment.
All HearthSide cabins also have central heat and air.

The reservation guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 15 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 5 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 6 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods the reservation guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the deposit guarantee is an optional charge, Hearthside has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.
*Rescheduled stays will have 6 months to come and must stay in the original cabin booked.
